เนื่องด้วยเมื่อวันที่ 29 พฤษภาคม 2558 ทางร้านค้า กระบี่ พีพี ดอน ทัวร์ ได้ทำการเก็บเงินจากลูกค้าเป็นค่าห้องพัก จำนวนเงิน 7,210 บาท โดยลูกค้ายินยอมจ่ายเป็นบัตร พนักงานได้ทำการรูดบัตร และเมื่อรูดบัตรไปแล้ว พนักงานได้พบว่าสลิปในเครื่องรูดบัตรหมด และไม่แน่ใจว่าได้ดำเนินการผ่านหรือไม่ พนักงานเลยรูดบัตรซำอีกครั้งหนึ่ง แต่เมื่อสรุปยอดเลยทำให้ทราบว่าได้เรียกเก็บเงินจากลูกค้าซ้ำสองคร้้ง เป็นยอดเงิน 14,420 บาท ร้านค้าเลยคืนเงินเป็นเงินสดให้กับทางลูกค้า และอธิบายให้ฟัง แต่เนื่องจากเป็นพนักงานใหม่เลยสื่อสารกันไม่เข้าใจ พร้อมกับไม่ได้ทำเป็นเอกสารใบเสร็จเมื่อคืนเงินลูกค้า แต่ทางร้านค้าขอยืนยันว่าได้ทำการคือนเงินค้าลูกไปจริง
