การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1)เพื่อพัฒนาสื่อมัลติมีเดียแนะนำมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงครามบนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ 2)ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้การสื่อมัลติมีเดียแนะนำมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงครามบนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ของผู้เชี่ยนชาญจำนวน 3 ท่าน และประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 100 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผลการวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพของการพัฒนาสื่อมัลติมีเดียแนะนำมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงครามบนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญอยู่ในระดับ…. และพบว่าประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้การพัฒนาสื่อมัลติมีเดียแนะนำมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงครามบนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.03
