[Position Summary]We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to be a part of our growing team. Resource to support video content management as part of the operations team ie. to inspect, prepare, administrate, monitor and maintain video content.This person will work closely with local team members and service partners to support content setup needs and administrating quality checks. Working with Headquarters, support is required for local testing of any new development, features and troubleshooting any issues with the service health. Tasks require a strong attention to detail.This person must be comfortable with digital and CMS tools, as well as have the ability to work under tight deadlines and flexible working hours.[Responsibilities]Execute uploads and publication of video assets accurately, efficiently, and timely (requires working with content management software and different digital tools)Execute live video content setup, support & monitoringQA of final assets and editorial content across all platforms before final publicationTrack & report on service health and user feedback, to improve and optimize serviceWork closely with HQ technical team and local team on updates and testingWork cooperatively with team members to ensure all requests/tasks are on track and identify risksCommunicate with Content Providers of video management processCommunicate with Content Sourcing team and key members on status of video management processCommunicate issues or risks to leaders when timelines are jeopardized due to missing or incomplete video assetsIdentify opportunities for service enhancements & initiativesReport technical & process challenges, and collaborate to improve tools and processesApply and maintain understanding of video best practicesPrioritize workload and support field tests & live site requestsProactive & contribute solutions, in cooperation with other team members[Minimum Requirements]Bachelors Degree in a related fieldNew graduate with related passion and fast-learning skills are welcomeProficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong communicator with good writing skillsFair EnglishFunctional knowledge of digital and/or video technology and trendsUnderstanding of mobile content service and its role in online businessCritical thinking, passion, integrity and energeticAbility to work both independently and as a team member across multiple projectsSelf-starter who can stay on top of workload and prioritizeStrong desire to learn and grow especially in areas of video content operationsAbility to respond and work under tight timelines and flexible working hour[Preferred Requirements]Experience in video/digital assets management or managing entertainment web-based projectsPosition levels Not specified.Seniority.
