Effective Jan 2016, Colin will be chairing the weekly management meeting. In this meeting all the HOD in KL office to provide the updates on their respective department plan.
For this I need your cooperation to provide me the following by end of Friday of each week, so that by Monday morning I have the details in hand before the meeting for your respective bases.
- What HSE matter accomplished that week
- What planned for the following week
- Please include any Audit or inspection, both internal and external.

As some of you may have met Colin or will be meeting soon, his management style is different from Peter Salt. He has very high standard on HSE requirement and he wants see progress with evidence.
therefore we all need to step up our performance and try work as team by supporting each other.

If you have any areas you need assistance please highlight the concern in advance so that appropriate action can be made accordingly.
