to ensure it can meet the business' objectives of revenue growth, client
acquisition & customer satisfaction
- Drive the overall strategy and approach to manage the relationship with
our key account customers
- Manage escalated client situations in order to preserve the long term
relationship
- Develop and maintain mechanisms for clients and sales related feedback
to key support functions such as Product and Trade Marketing
