ฉันรู้สึกยินดีมากที่ได้ผ่านการอบรมจากบริษัทการบินไทย พี่ๆและการทำงานที่นี่สอนให้ฉันรู้จักพัฒนาตนเองจากการเป็นนักศึกษาให้เป็นผู้ใหญ่ขึ้น การทำงานทำให้ฉันรู้สึกว่าฉันรู้สึกสนุกที่ได้พบปะผู้โดยสาร ดีใจที่ได้ช่วยเหลือเมื่อผู้โดยสารต้องการความช่วยเหลือ ได้แก้ปัญหาที่ท้าทายซึ่งแต่เดิมคิดว่าอาจจะทำไม่ได้แต่ฉันก็สามารถทำมันได้ดี
