เนื่องด้วย ชมรมอาสาพัฒนาชนบท มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร จะมีโครงการศึกษาดูงานด้านการพัฒนาและฟื้นฟูชุมชนห่างไกลในถิ่นทุรกันดาร ทั้งด้านการศึกษาและความเป็นอยู่ของคนในชุมชน ซึ่งจัดโดยนิตยสาร A-day โดยในปีนี้ทางชมรมอาสาพัฒนาชนบท ได้รับการสนับสนุนเงินทุนจากทางนิตยสารเพื่อจัดโครงการช่วยเหลือและให้ความรู้เรื่องการเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือสถานการณ์ภัยพิบัติที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต โดยจะดำเนินโครงการที่ หมู่บ้านก่อบอทะ ต.แม่สอง อ.ท่าสองยาง จ.ตาก ซึ่งเป็นชุมชนห่างไกลที่ทางชมรมอาสาพัฒนาชนบทเคยให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านการก่อสร้างอาคารเรียน และเนื่องด้วย นางสาววิภาดา สุภวัฒนางกูร นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ ๑ คณะอักษรศาสตร์ เป็นสมาชิกของคณะผู้จัดทำโครงการ ดังนั้นทางชมรมอาสาพัฒนาชนบท จึงมีความประสงค์ขออนุมัติตัวบุคคล เพื่อไปศึกษาแนวทางการทำงานร่วมกับนิตยสาร A-day ภายใต้โครงการ The Hero โดยจะเดินทางไปยังจังหวัดเชียงราย ซึ่งเป็นสถานที่ตัวอย่างที่ทางผู้สนับสนุนเคยเข้าไปให้การช่วยเหลือและฟื้นฟู ในวันที่ ๒๗-๓๐ มกราคม ๒๕๕๘ เป็นระยะเวลา ๔ วัน เพื่อนำความรู้และประสบการณ์มาพัฒนาโครงการของทางชมรมต่อไป
