6. กรณีที่ประมูลรถยนต์ได้ ต้องชำระเงินดังนี้
6.1 ชำระเงินในวันประมูล

7. ผู้ประมูลได้ตรวจสอบสภาพรถยนต์ และ อุปกรณ์ประจำรถยนต์ภายหลังการประมูล โดยบริษัท สหการประมูล จะออกใบตรวจสภาพรถแก่ท่านเป็นหลักฐานเพื่อใช้ยืนยันในวันรับรถ กรณีที่ท่านไม่ยอมตรวจสภาพรถยนต์ บริษัทฯถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์การเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น

8. ผู้ชนะการประมูลมีความประสงค์ขอเปลี่ยนชื่อผู้ซื้อหลังจากหนังสือสัญญาออกแล้ว บริษัทฯจะเปลี่ยนให้ หากมีเหตุผลอันสมควรโดยคิดค่าใช้จ่ายดังนี้
