ผู้ให้บริการตกลงและรับรองว่าจะดำเนินการภายใต้สัญญาฉบับนี้อย่างเต็มความสามารถและตรงตามที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญา เว้นแต่กรณีมีเหตุสุดวิสัยหรือเหตุใดๆ ตามข้อ 10

ผลลัพธ์ (อังกฤษ) 1:

The service provider agrees and guarantees that it will perform its duties under this contract to the best of its ability and as specified in the contract. Except in the case of force majeure or any other reasons according to Section 10.

ผลลัพธ์ (อังกฤษ) 2:

The service provider agrees and guarantees that, in accordance with this agreement, it will do its best to fulfill its responsibilities under this agreement. Unless force majeure or any reason specified in Article 10 occurs.

ผลลัพธ์ (อังกฤษ) 3:

The carrier agrees and warrants that unless there is force majeure or any reason specified in Article 10, it will fully, competently and according to the contract, perform its obligations under this contract.
