ความรู้สึกที่มีต่อการร่วมกิจกรรมค่ายภาอังกฤษสู่อาเซียน (ความรู้สึกก่อน ขณะ และหลังร่วมกิจกรรมค่าย)
กระผมนายพงศธร สมภักดี นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ชั้นปีที่ ๔ ห้อง ๑ ในนามประธานค่ายภาษาอังกฤษสู่อาเซียน ครั้งที่ ๒ ได้จัดกิจกรรมค่ายภาษาอังกฤษสู่อาเซียนให้กับ Trainees สาขาคณิตศาสตร์และสาขาศิลปศึกษา ชั้นปีที่ ๒ คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏร้อยเอ็ด ในวันที่ ๑๑ ตุลาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ ที่ผาหมอกมิวาย อำเภอหนองพอก จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด
ครั้งแรกที่ทราบว่าจะได้จัดกิจกรรมนี้ให้กับนักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษา รู้สึกดีใจ ตื่นเต้น เพราะเป็นครั้งแรกที่จะได้จัดกิจกรรมให้กับนักศึกษาในระดับที่สูงขึ้น ถือเป็นโจทย์ที่ยาก และท้าทายความสามารถ ผมในฐานะผู้นำค่ายครั้งนี้ ได้นำเพื่อนสมาชิก คบ.ภาษาอังกฤษ ชั้นปีที่ ๔ ห้อง ๑ นัดหมายประชุม ร่วมกันวางแผนงาน ซักซ้อมเตรียมความพร้อมกิจกรรมทั้งแผนจริง และแผนสำรองเพื่อให้กิจกรรมดำเนินไปตามแผนที่วางไว้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ขณะดำเนินกิจกรรม เนื่องจาก Trainers ทุกคนทำหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายอย่างเข้มแข็ง สุดความสามารถ และ
มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ของตนเองอย่างเคร่งครัด รวมถึง Trainees ทุกคนให้ความร่วมมืออย่างดีเยี่ยมในทุกๆกิจกรรม จึงทำให้ กิจกรรมตลอดทั้งวันดำเนินไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยตามกรอบและเวลาที่วางไว้อย่างเหมาะสม Trainers และ Trainees มีความสุขและสนุกกับกิจกรรมดีๆตลอดทั้งวัน
หลังจากเสร็จสิ้นกิจกรรม ได้ฟังความรู้สึกที่ Trainees กล่าว ทำให้ทั้งอาจารย์และ Trainers ทุกคนประทับใจอย่างมาก หายเหนื่อยไปตามๆกัน เพราะกิจกรรมค่ายครั้งนี้ สามารถเปลี่ยนทัศนคติของ Trainees หลายๆคน ที่ก่อนหน้าบอกว่าไม่ชอบภาษาอังกฤษเลย หันมาสนใจและชอบภาอังกฤษมากขึ้น สังเกตได้จากตลอดทั้งการจัดกิจกรรม Trainees ทุกคนพยามที่จะสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ กับ Trainers ทุกคนอย่างตั้งใจ นี่คือความภาคภูมิใจ และความประทับใจไม่มีวันลืมของการจัดกิจกรรมค่ายภาษาอังกฤษสู่อาเซียนครั้งที่ ๒ ครับ

ประสบการณ์ที่ได้จากการจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ คือ
