- ร่วมเป็นผู้จัดกิจกรรมเพื่อสร้างเสริมความรู้และ กิจกรรมที่พัฒนาชุมชน

ในพื้นที่ชุมชนมีความจำกัดทางด้านภาษา CEW เป็นผู้ที่มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาทั้ง ภาษาไทยและภาษาพม่า จึงเป็นตัวกลางในการสื่อสาร สื่อความรู้และนำโครงการดีดี เข้าไปสู่ชุมชน เพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนให้ดำเนินไปในทางที่ดีขึ้น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นกิจกรรมการอบรม การเย็บผ้า การอบรมเรื่องการพัฒนาทางด้านอาชีพ โดย CEW มีพื้นที่การทำงานหลักอยู่ที่ CRC ในชุมชนมูฮาจีรีน ภายในศูนย์ที่ CEW อยู่ หรือที่เราเรียกว่า CRC ไม่ใช่ใช้เป็นเพียง ออฟฟิตเท่านั้น เรายังมีการให้บริการให้คำปรึกษาทางด้านสุขภาพ อาชีพ ทางด้านการศึกษา CRC เปิดสอนภาษาไทยในตอนเย็นๆให้น้องๆในชุมชน CEW ก็จะสามารถเป็นผู้ที่สอนภาษาไทย เบื้องต้น

สรุปการประชุม
จากความสำเร็จที่เรามองเห็น เราก็ยังมีข้อท้าทายที่โครงการได้พบเจอ บทเรียนในการทำกิจกรรม เราก็จะค่อยๆเรียนรู้และนำไปพัฒนาตัวโครงการต่อไป จุดแข็งของเราคือความจริงใจในการทำงานกับชุมชน ความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อกัน ทำให้โครงการยังอยู่ต่อได้เป็นระยะเวลาหลายปี ทำให้โครงการดำเนินมาและไม่มีอุปสรรค
