การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับการบริการงานร้านขายกล้วยไม้
บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศและบริหารงานของระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับการขายกล้วยไม้ ผู้วิจัยได้วิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบงาน เพื่อให้เกิดความเป็นระเบียบและสอดคล้องในการใช้งานภายในร้านขายกล้วย โดยโปรแกรมที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้นมายังสามารถทำการค้นหา เรียกดู เพิ่ม ลบ แก้ไขอีกทั้งยังสามารถจัดการข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ที่อยู่ภายในร้านขายกล้วยไม้ได้เป็นอย่างมีระบบระเบียบ
ผู้วิจัยได้แบ่งขั้นตอนในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับการขายกล้วยไม้เป็น 5 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ การศึกษาระบบงานเดิม การวิเคราะห์และออกแบบ การพัฒนาระบบ การทดสอบโปรแกรมและการจัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานของระบบ โดยเลือกใช้โปรแกรมการจัดการฐานข้อมูล Appserv เพื่อใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ไว้ในฐานข้อมูล และใช้โปรแกรมพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับการขายกล้วยไม้ด้วยโปรแกรม Adobe Dreamweaver CS6
ผลการทดสอบและประเมินระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับการขายกล้วยไม้ของผู้เชี่ยวชาญและบุคคลทั่วไป พบว่า ระบบสามารถเข้าไปช่วยในการจัดเก็บฐานข้อมูลของร้านขายกล้วยไม้รวมทั้งช่วยในการออกใบเสร็จและรายงานได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยนำโปรแกรมไปติดตั้งและทดสอบ สรุปได้ว่า ระบบมีความสะดวกและง่ายต่อการใช้งานสำหรับพนักงานที่ไม่ได้ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในชีวิตประจำวัน แต่สามารถเรียนรู้และปฏิบัติได้อย่างรวดเร็ว การพัฒนาระบบมีประสิทธิภาพและมีความถูกต้องตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้อยู่ในระดับดี
