บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยนี้เป็นการทดสอบผลของการกัดกร่อนที่มีต่อประสิทธิภาพของสายกีตาร์ไฟฟ้า โดยการทดลองจำลองสภาวะการกัดกร่อนจากเหงื่อเทียมที่มีส่วนผสมของ Sodium chloride , Lactic acid , Ureaม น้ำ DI : De-Ionization และ NH4OH แล้วนำสายกีตาร์ใส่ลงในท่อยางแล้วปิดหัวท้าย แช่ไว้เป็นระยะเวลา 2, 20 และ 40 วัน แล้วทดสอบเสียงจาก Audio Interface ซึ่งทำหน้าที่แปลงสัญญาณจาก Analog ไปเป็น Digital ในการบันทึกเข้าคอมพิวเตอร์ และแปลงสัญญาณจาก Digital ไปเป็น Analog ในการเล่นเสียงออกไปที่ลำโพงให้เราฟังหรือเรียกว่าการ Playback และทดสอบอายุการใช้งานของสายกีตาร์ด้วยเครื่องจำลองสภาวะการทำงานจริงที่ได้สร้างขึ้นมา จากนั้นศึกษาโครงสร้างจุลภาคจากเครื่อง scanning electron microscope รวมไปถึงลักษณะความเสียหายของสายกีตาร์ที่เกิดขึ้น ดูลักษณะการกัดกร่อนบนสายกีตาร์ไฟฟ้า และเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพของสายกีตาร์ทั้งก่อนและหลังการทดลอง
