1. ตั้ง Auto Answer :ตั้งตอบรับแบบอัตโนมัติ
ให้ตั้งการรับแฟกซ์ อัตโนมัติ โดยกดปุ่ม Auto answer จากตัวเครื่องให้มีไฟสีเขียวติดค้าง
หากต่อเครื่องโทรศัพท์บ้านแล้วตั้ง Auto Answer ไว้เมื่อมีสัญญาณโทรศัพท์เข้ามา หากยกหูโทรศัพท์ จะขึ้นข้อความที่หน้าจอ ให้กด 2 เพื่อรับ เครื่องจะทำการรับแฟกซ์ให้อัตโนมัติ หรือกดปุ่ม B&W หรือปุ่ม Color เพื่อรับแฟกซ์
หากไม่ได้เชื่อมต่อเครื่องโทรศัพท์ เมื่อมีสัญญาณโทรศัพท์เข้ามา ตัวเครื่องจะมีเสียงสัญญาณดังขึ้น จากนั้นตัวเครื่องจะรับข้อมูลและพิมพ์ให้อัตโนมัติ
2. ไม่ตั้ง Auto Answer :ไม่ตั้งตอบรับแบบอัตโนมัติ
