บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของการดำเนินงานโครงการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน บ้านโสน ตำบลณรงค์ อำเภอศรีณรงค์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านจำนวน 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมติฐานโดยาโดยใช้สถิติที( Independent Sample T – test) วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวด้วย F-test ( one – way ANOVA)และเปรียบเทียบหลายคู่ด้วยวิธีของ Shefe

ความพึงพอใจทุกด้าน สอดคล้องกับสมมุติฐานอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก ( = 4.13 ; S.D.=.53 ) ความพึงพอใจรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการจัดทำบัญชีและการเงิน ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยรวมในระดับมาก ( = 4.16 ; S.D.=.62 ) ด้านการพิจารณาด้านเงินกู้ ด้านการทำนิติกรรมสัญญา ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.15.4.15 ; S.D.=.62,.61 ) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการออกระเบียบข้อบังคับของกองทุนด้านการรับสมาชิก ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.14.4.14 ; S.D.=.62,.60 ) ด้านการสำรวจและจัดเก็บข้อมูล ความพึงพอใจ อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.12 ; S.D.=.58 ) และด้านการจัดการหรือเรียกประชุมสมาชิกและด้านการบริหารจัดการ ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมา ( = 4.09.4.09 ; S.D.=.62,.58 ) ตามลำดับ จากที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น คือยอมรับสมติฐาน คือ “ความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกต่อการดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการกองทุนหมู่บ้านโสน ตำบลณรงค์ อำเภอศรีณรงค์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ อยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดต่อด้าน การพิจารณาให้เงินกูและด้านการทำนิติกรรมสัญญา ( =4.15 ) รองลงมาด้านการออกระเบียบข้อบังคับของกองทุนและด้านการรับสมาชิก ( =4.14 )ด้านการบริหารการจัดการและด้านจัดหรือเรียกประชุม( =4.09 )
