การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแม่หวาด อำเภอธารโต จังหวัดยะลา จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะ ส่วนบุคคลของผู้มาขอรับบริการ ดำเนินการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้มาขอบริการต่อการบริการขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแม่หวาด อำเภอธารโต จังหวัดนยะลา ปีการศึกษา 2557 รวมทั้งสิ้น 375 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test, F-test
