บทคัดย่อ

ในการฝึกงานครั้งนี้ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการศึกษาตามหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ
ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้
เพื่อให้นักเรียน นักศึกษา ได้เพิ่มทักษะ สร้างเสริมประสบการณ์และพัฒนาวิชาชีพตามสภาพจริงในสถานประกอบการ
นักเรียนนักศึกษาจะได้ทราบถึงปัญหาต่าง ๆที่เกิดขึ้นในขณะปฏิบัติงานและสามารถใช้
สติปัญญาแก้ไขได้อย่างมีเหตุผล
เพื่อฝึกให้นักเรียน นักศึกษามีความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่มีระเบียบวินัย และทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
เพื่อให้นักเรียน นักศึกษามีเจตคติที่ดีต่อการทำงาน มีความภาคภูมิใจในอาชีพของตน และเป็น
แนวทางในการประกอบอาชีพต่อไปภายหลังสำเร็จการศึกษา
5) เพื่อสร้างสัมพันธ์ภาพและความร่วมมืออันดีระหว่างวิทยาลัยฯกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน
สถานที่ในการฝึกงานของข้าพเจ้าได้แก่ บริษัท ไทยน้ำทิพย์ จำกัด ตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 9 หมู่ที่ 7 ถ.เลียบคลอง13 ตำบลพืชอุดม อำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี สถานประกอบการประเภทโรงงานผลิตเครื่องดื่มชั้นนำ
ในส่วนของข้าพเจ้าได้ฝึกงานในตำแหน่งซ่อมบำรุง (Maintenance) ซึ่งทำหน้าที่
1) ซ่อม/เปลี่ยน อุปกรณ์บางส่วนของเครื่องจักรที่เสีย
2) ทำเอกสารมาตรฐานการหล่อลื่นของเครื่องจักร
3) ตรวจเช็คอุปกรณ์ของเครื่องจักรที่สั่งซื้อเข้ามา
ผลจากการฝึกงานในครั้งนี้ทำให้ข้าพเจ้าได้ประสบการณ์และความรู้ใหม่ ดังนี้
1) กระบวนการในการทำงาน
2) การตรงต่อเวลา
3) ความรอบคอบในการปฏิบัติงาน
4) การอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคมของการทำงาน
5) ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
