This research aims to study the inheritance of knowledge product group fish, Orange, banana, and a Community ban, to study the problem. The obstacles in the process of conveying knowledge and solutions in processing the product of the Community banana orange fish. After the analysis, a summary of research results find that content in the pickled fish processing operations, the community has set the group up since last year by orange fish products 2539 (1996) using fish as raw material to the local. Most of the members have the skills and knowledge of the production.
