การบอกกล่าวทวงถาม หรือส่งเอกสารใดไปยังภูมิลำเนาของคู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งตามที่ปรากฏในสัญญานี้ให้ถือว่าเป็นการส่งโดยชอบ และอีกฝ่ายได้ทราบแล้วนับแต่วันที่คำบอกกล่าว หรือเอกสารนั้นพึงไปถึงตามปกติ
