Dear khun Base krub,

For my understanding, The cost impact as your mention is between you and client nothing to do with NEO krub.

And Between us there are still variation items which we have to clarify at the end of project anyway. It is not fare if you attend to deduct omitted items and will not pay on the additional items Neo have made for your krub.

My concern is same materials ( Opal Translucent) has been requested will take about a month to deliver and We will not able to complete siding work but I have checked local supplier they have the white translucent (not clear) in stock. Incase you are willing us to do it with Local material (in stock), please kindly issue me the memo krub (Cost will be noted and settle on the final variation krub)
