หากคู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งประพฤติผิดข้อตกลงตามบันทึกฉบับนี้ คู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งมีสิทธิฟ้องร้อง หรือเรียกให้ปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลง และเรียกค่าเสียหายที่พึงมีทั้งสิ้นได้ทันที
