บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้เกี่ยวข้องกับการวิเคราะห์การทำงานของระบบการให้บริการของที่ว่าการอำเภอธัญบุรี โดยการใช้แบบจำลองสถานการณ์ทางคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยงานวิจัยนี้ได้มุ่งเน้นในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ โดยการจัดการเรื่องของลำดับการรอคอยเพื่อทำให้สามารถลดเวลาของการรอคอย และเพิ่มความสามารถของที่ว่าการอำเภอธัญบุรีด้านการใช้ทรัพยากร โดยทำการเก็บข้อมูลเวลาในการให้บริการ เพื่อใช้ในการออกแบบการจำลองสถานการณ์จากนั้นจึงได้ทำการสร้างแบบจำลองโดยใช้โปรแกรม Arena (version 14.0) จากแบบจำลองที่ได้สามารถสร้างแบบจำลองใหม่เพื่อทำการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นได้ 5 แบบคือ 1) มีช่องบริการ 3 ช่องทางซึ่งเป็นโมเดลเสมือนจริง 2) เพิ่มช่องบริการอีก 1 ช่องทาง เป็น 4 ช่องทาง 3) ลดช่องบริการลง 1 ช่องทาง เหลือ 2 ช่องทาง 4) มีช่องบริการ 3 ให้บริการลง 10% ตามลำดับการทดลอง และจากผลการศึกษาพบว่า ช่องบริการที่มี 4 ช่องทาง จะทำให้การให้บริการเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็วจึงส่งผลทำให้การดำเนินงานโดยรวมของที่ว่าการอำเภอธัญบุรีมีประสิทธิภาพดียิ่งขึ้น
