ผู้จัดซื้อจะจัดส่งใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) ทางอีเมล์ เมื่อผู้ขายได้รับใบสั่งซื้อจากผู้ซื้อแล้ว ต้องมีการตอบรับ/ยืนยันการจัดส่งสินค้าทุกครั้งผ่านทางอีเมล์/แฟกซ์ภายใน 2 วันหลังจากได้รับใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) เท่านั้น
