- กรณี “ผู้จะขาย” ผิดสัญญาฯ ยกเลิกการขายระหว่างรอเรื่องอนุมัติ หรือไม่มาเซ็นสัญญาฯ โอนสิทธิ์ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้ทราบผลการอนุมัติจาก บมจ.ศุภาลัย โดยเหตุการณ์ผิดสัญญาหรือยกเลิกนั้นไม่ได้เกิดจาก ผู้จะซื้อ และ บมจ.ศุภาลัย แต่เหตุเกิดจาก ผู้จะขายยกเลิกการขายเอง ผู้จะขาย ยินดีคืนเงินมัดจำ ตามสัญญาฯ ข้อ 1ให้กับผู้จะซื้อเต็มจำนวนและผู้จะขายยินยอมชดเชยค่าเสียหายให้กับผู้จะซื้อเป็นจำนวนเงินสองเท่าของเงินมัดจำที่วางไว้ในข้อ 1 ทันที
