จากกรุงเทพฯ ใช้ถนนเพชรเกษม ( ทางหลวงหมายเลข 4 ) มุ่งหน้าสู่จังหวัดนครปฐม จากนั้นขับตรงไปมุ่งหน้าสู่จังหวัดราชบุรี ผ่านแยกนครชัยศรี ขับตรงไปโดยจะผ่านแยกบ้านแพ้ว ผ่านสะพานไปตัวเมืองนครปฐม ผ่านแยกไปจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จากนั้นขึ้นสะพานไปจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี และขับตรงไปประมาณ 11.2 กิโลเมตร ถึงสี่แยกเลี้ยวขวาแล้วขับตรงไป ประมาณ 15 กิโลเมตร ถึงอำเภอท่ามะกา ขับตรงไปเรื่อย ๆ ตามเส้นทางสายกาญจนบุรี-ศรีสวัสดิ์ (ทางหลวงหมายเลข 3199) มุ่งหน้าสู่อำเภอศรีสวัสดิ์ เมื่อถึงกิโลเมตรที่ 56 ถึงเขตการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทยเขื่อนศรีนครินทร์ แยกซ้ายข้ามสะพานเข้าตลาดเขื่อนศรีนครินทร์ตรงไปอีกประมาณ 3 กิโลเมตร จะถึงศูนย์บริการนักท่องเที่ยว จากศูนย์บริการนักท่องเที่ยว เดินเท้าอีกประมาณ 500 เมตร ก็จะถึงน้ำตกเอราวัณ
