BASED MANAGEMENT)และตามแนวคิด “โรงเรียนดีมีระบบ” โดยการมีส่วนร่วมจากผู้มีส่วน
ได้เสียในทุกภาคส่วน เน้นสร้างความพึงพอใจแก่ผู้รับบริการและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง จัดการด้านบุคลากรให้มีความเพียงพอ จัดสื่อ วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ให้เพียงพอต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศ และใช้ข้อมูลสารสนเทศในการพัฒนางาน ตลอดจนใช้ประกอบในการตัดสินใจสั่งการ บริหารงบประมาณอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ บนพื้นฐานในการสร้างคุณภาพ ให้แก่ผู้เรียน สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับชุมชน หน่วยงาน องค์กรในด้านการเป็นผู้ให้บริการ
