กกต.จะต้องดำเนินการให้มีการเลือกตั้งต่อไปและจะไม่สามารถทำอย่างอื่นได้เพราะจะเป็นการทำผิดกฏหมายแตกต่างจากการที่ กกต.เลื่อนการเลือกตั้งเมื่อปี2549นั้น
