วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ 1)

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล จำแนกตามระยะเวลาการจัดตั้งองค์กร 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ประชากร คือ เทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ .90 และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างตามระยะเวลาการจัดตั้งองค์กรด้วยสถิติ t-test ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญในการสัมภาษณ์ รวมทั้งสิ้น 7 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ที่มีโครงสร้าง
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ หลักความเสมอภาค ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ หลักประสิทธิภาพ ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำแนกตามระยะเวลาการจัดตั้งองค์กร โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 คือ ด้านที่ 1 หลักประสิทธิภาพ และด้านที่ 9 หลักการกระจายอำนาจ แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลที่เหมาะสมของเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา คือ การปฏิบัติงานตามระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ รวมทั้งการปลูกจิตสำนึกการมีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม
