5.8จัดทำแผนซ้อมเรียกคืน/ถอนคืนสินค้า (BP-F-QC-141) โดยหัวหน้าแผนกควบคุมคุณภาพ ในการซ้อมแต่ละครั้งต้องมีการรวบรวมข้อมูล บันทึกต่างๆและมีการรายงานผลดังนี้
5.8.1กรณีการซ้อมแผนเรียกคืน/ถอนคืนสินค้าภายในประจำปี
การซ้อมการเรียกคืนสินค้ามีแผนกต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องจัดทำแผนการประสานงานโดยกำหนดวิธีการตาม Flow Chart ดังนี้
