เมื่อวานนี้ฉันไปค้นหาหนังสือที่เกี่ยววิธีการฝึกปฎิบัติทางศานาโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องไปที่วัด ซึ่งพระสงฆ์ที่ฉันนับถือและเป็นผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับศาสนาได้ให้คำแนะนำให้ปฎิบัติตามตำราที่ฉันจะส่งไปให้คุณซึ่งคิดว่าฉันคงจะส่งได้สัปดาห์หน้า เนื่องจากต้องรอหนังสืออีกเล่ม ฉันคิดว่าถ้าคุณได้อ่านและปฎิบัติตามหนังสือคงจะดีสำหรับคุณ โดยส่วนตัวฉันเองถ้ามีโอกาศทุกๆปีฉันและน้องสาวจะไปปฎิบัติธรรมที่วัดประมาณ 7 -10 วัน ซึ่งไปแล้วเราจะรู้สึกสงบเยือกเย็นเป็นความสุขที่แท้จริงสำหรับปีนี้ฉันยังไม่ได้ไปเลยกำลังหาช่วงเวลาว่างๆอยู่ ถ้ามีโอกาศได้มาที่ประเทศไทยฉันอยากพาคุณและครอบครัวไปด้วยจังเพราะที่นี่เรามีหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเป็นภาษาอังกฤษด้วย

เกือบลืมบอกคุณไปเดือนหน้า ( July ) จะมีวันสำคัญทางศาสนาพุทธ 2 วัน คือ วันอาสาฬหะบูชา และวันเข้าพรรษา ซึ่งฉันขออธิบายให้คุณฟังย่อๆดังนี้
