คนส่วนใหญ่อยากเป็นผู้ประกอบการ เพราะ เราสามารถที่จะควบคุมระบบต่างๆได้ด้วยตัวเองและมีอำนาจในการตัดสินใจ สิ่งสำคัญคือการที่เราเป็นผู้ประกอบการสิ่งนี้สามารถเป็นแรงผลักดันให้เราคิดที่จะพัฒนาตัวเองให้ก้าวหน้าในทางที่ดีขึ้นอยู่ตลอดเวลา เช่นถ้าเราเป็นลูกจ้างเราก็แค่ทำงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย โดยบ้างครั้งก็ไม่กล้าที่จะแสดงความคิดเห็นที่คิดว่าดีกว่าออกไปได้ แต่ถ้าเราเป็นเจ้านายเราจะกล้าที่จะเสนอความคิดเห็นออกไปและลงมือทำให้งานออกมาให้ดีที่สุด เพราะเราเป็นเจ้าของกิจการเราก็ต้องการให้บริษัทของเราเจริญเติบเทียบเท่ากับบริษัทที่ประสบความสำเร็จอยู่ตอนนี้
