การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ชาพะยอมในเขตอำเภอเมืองลพบุรี จังหวัดลพบุรี กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ ผู้ที่เข้าใช้บริการของธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ชาพะยอมในเขตอำเภอเมืองลพบุรี จังหวัดลพบุรี ทั้งหมดจำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทำวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อผู้ที่เข้าใช้บริการธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ชาพะยอมในเขตอำเภอเมืองลพบุรี จังหวัดลพบุรี ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับ “มาก” กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ตอบแบบสอบถามในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย เพศ ชาย และ เพศ หญิง ในสัดส่วนที่ห่างกัน คือเป็นเพศ ชายจำนวน 38 คน เพศ หญิงจำนวน 62 คน ผู้ที่เข้าใช้บริการมากที่สุดอันดับหนึ่งมีอาชีพเป็น นักเรียน, นักศึกษาจำนวน 49 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 49.00 อับดับสองมีอาชีพประกอบธุรกิจส่วนตัว จำนวน 23 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 23.00 อันดับสามมีอาชีพเป็น ข้าราชการ จำนวน 14 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 14.00 อันดับสี่มีอาชีพเป็นพนักงานบริษัท จำนวน 9 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 9.00 อันดับห้ามีอาชีพอื่น ๆ จำนวน 4 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 4.00 และส่วนน้อยที่สุดที่เข้าใช้บริการมีอาชีพเป็น รัฐวิสาหกิจ จำนวน 1 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 1.00 ตามลำดับ อายุเฉลี่ยที่มีการใช้บริการธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ชาพะยอม ในเขตอำเภอเมืองลพบุรี จังหวัดลพบุรี อยู่ในช่วงอายุ 25 ปี และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานอยู่ที่ 43.31
