การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1)เพื่อสร้างแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะเรื่อง อสมการ วิชาคณิตศาสตร์ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 75/75 (2) เพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ก่อนและหลังได้รับการฝึกจากแบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนอุดรธานีพิทยาคม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุดรธานี ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2551 ที่เรียนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์พื้นฐาน รหัส ค33101 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน จำนวนนักเรียน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ แบบฝึกเสริมทักษะ เรื่อง อสมการ จำนวน 12 ชุด ใช้เวลา 12 ชั่วโมง แบบ ทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 เรื่อง อสมการ มีลักษณะเป็นแบบทดสอบแบบปรนัย ชนิดเลือกตอบ 4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 30 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ 0.20 ขึ้นไป มีค่าความยากง่าย ระหว่าง 0.20-0.80 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบทดสอบทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.83 สถิติที่ใช้คือ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ใช้ t-test
