Would you please help to advise possible cause of “filament stick on lead frame & main package” after Mold completed.
Also, can you please help to provide TDS for below rubber sheet part no.

1. N-CS-7000W.
2. N-CS-7200
3. QM-4
4. N-CS-7200WR
5. N-CS-7200WS

Kindly advise which type is “FABRIC” and which type is “100% rubber” as well as which one use for BANCERA and which one use for Normal Mold chase.

Please also help to provide list of “rubber sample request’ by Allegro engr for my reference.
