ระดับคะแนน 5 หมายถึง ความพึงพอใจระดับมากที่สุด
ระดับคะแนน 4 หมายถึง ความพึงพอใจระดับมาก
ระดับคะแนน 3 หมายถึง ความพึงพอใจระดับปานกลาง
ระดับคะแนน 2 หมายถึง ความพึงพอใจระดับน้อย
ระดับคะแนน 1 หมายถึง ความพึงพอใจระดับน้อยที่สุด
