โดยจะมีการตรวจเช็คประจำวัน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 2 กุมภาพันธ์ 2558 เป็นต้นไป หากพบว่าไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎ จะมีการบันทึกข้อมูลและมีผลต่อการประเมินประจำปีต่อไป

จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบและขอความกรุณาประชาสัมพันธ์ให้พนักงานในสังกัดทราบ
