2.5 เดือน จากนั้นผู้เข้าโครงการจะได้ไปฝึกอบรมภาคปฏิบัติทางด้านการจัดการที่
โรงแรมและรีสอร์ทในเครือเซ็นทารา เป็นเวลา 2.5 เดือน และในระยะเวลา 7 เดือน
สุดท้าย เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมและการฝึกงานที่วิทยาลัยการจัดการด้านธุรกิจบริการ
แห่งเมืองเล้งค์ ประเทศสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ โครงการนี้จัดขึ้นมาเป็นจำนวน 10 รุ่น นับ
ตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ. 2548 ในปีพ.ศ. 2557 ที่ผ่านมา เราได้ทำการคัดเลือกมาทั้งสิ้น 9 คน
สำหรับรุ่นที่ 10 ซึ่งทุกคนได้สำเร็จโครงการและได้กลับไปปฏิบัติงานในบทบาทใหม่

และ รีสอร์ทในเครือเซ็นทาราทั้งสิ้น 35 คน
3. การรับนักศึกษาต่างชาติเข้ารับการฝึกงาน
นอกจากสถาบันการศึกษาภายในประเทศ บริษัทยังรับนักศึกษาจากสถาบันชั้น
นำทางการโรงแรมในต่างประเทศเข้ารับการฝึกงานอีกด้วย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นนักศึกษา
จากสถาบัน Glion Institute of Higher Education, Les Roches International
School of Hotel Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam, Swiss
College of Hospitality Management Lenk, University of Stenden เป็นต้น

ราชประชานุเคราะห์ และโรงเรียนสอนนักเรียนที่บกพร่องทางร่างกาย และฝึกอบรม
เตรียมความพร้อมฝีมือแรงงานเป็นระยะเวลา 5 เดือน โดยเลือกฝึกเตรียมความ
พร้อมใน 1 แผนก จากแผนกแม่บ้าน แผนกบริการอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม แผนกครัว
แผนกทำความสะอาดและสุขอนามัยในครัว หรือแผนกจัดสวน โดยนักเรียนที่สำเร็จ
โครงการจะได้รับการว่าจ้างเป็นพนักงานประจำ
ตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ. 2554 โรงแรมและรีสอร์ทในเครือเซ็นทารามีพนักงานประจำที่สำเร็จ
จากโครงการนี้ มีทั้งสิ้น 384 คน และในจำนวน 384 คนนี้ มีพนักงานที่มีความ
