โครงการชิ้นนี้ข้าพเจ้าได้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการดำเนินชีวิตให้กับผู้คนโดยที่นำเอาประเด็นของความเศร้ามานำเสนอ เพื่อให้นึกคิดและย้อนมองตนเอง

ข้าพเจ้าจึงมุ่งประเด็นไปที่ความเศร้าของผู้คน เศร้าที่สุดของชีวิตมนุษย์น่าจะเป็นความตาย จึงเกิดเป็นความคิดขึ้นมาว่า คนเราจะเศร้าแบบไหนถึงขั้นตายได้ จึงนำไปสู่ประเด็นของงานชิ้นนี้คือ “โรคซึมเศร้า” และด้วยประเด็นนี้เองทำให้ข้าพเจ้าเกิดแรงบันดาลใจในการทำงานชิ้นนี้ ซึ่งเลือกนำเสนอเป็นงานนิยายภาพ (Graphic Novel) เพราะเหมาะกับบุคคลทั่วไปและสามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่าย
