1. กรณีบริษัทฯ ให้บริการกับสมาชิกแบบจำกัดอายุการใช้งานเป็นชั่วโมง บริษัทฯ จะทำสัญญาเรียกว่า ข้อตกลงสำหรับสมาชิกหรือ MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT ส่งให้ลูกค้าลงนามสัญญาดังกล่าวอยู่ในบังคับต้องเสียอากรแสตมป์ หรือไม่
2. กรณีบริษัทฯ ให้บริการกับสมาชิกแบบไม่จำกัดปริมาณการใช้เป็นรายชั่วโมงแต่จำกัดอายุการใช้งานคราวละ 1 ปี บริษัทฯ จะทำสัญญาเรียกว่า สัญญาให้บริการข้อมูลนิติบุคคลออนไลน์ (กรณีลูกค้าเป็นเอกชน) หรือสัญญาเช่าใช้บริการข้อมูลออนไลน์ (กรณีลูกค้าเป็นหน่วยงานราชการ)ส่งให้ลูกค้าลงนาม สัญญาดังกล่าวอยู่ในบังคับต้องเสียอากรแสตมป์ หรือไม่
3. กรณีการให้บริการพิเศษ ได้แก่ เมื่อลูกค้าต้องการค้นหาข้อมูลตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ ก็จะแจ้งให้บริษัทฯ ประมวลข้อมูลและค้นหาข้อมูลให้ เรียกว่า การจัดทำรายงานตามความต้องการหรือ CUSTOMIZED REPORT เช่น ลูกค้าต้องการทราบรายชื่อนิติบุคคลทั้งหมดเฉพาะรายที่มียอดขายเกินกว่า 1 พันล้านบาท ก็จะให้บริษัทฯ ดึงรายชื่อนิติบุคคลตามเงื่อนไขดังกล่าวแล้วบันทึกลงในแผ่นซีดีแล้วส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า เป็นต้น บริษัทฯ จะเก็บค่าบริการเป็นต่อครั้งของแต่ละงานโดยจัดทำสัญญาที่เรียกว่า CUSTOMIZED AGREEMENT สัญญาการใช้บริการพิเศษดังกล่าวอยู่ในบังคับต้องเสียอากรแสตมป์ หรือไม่
