ตามที่ กองส่งเสริมการค้าสินค้าเกษตร ๒ กรมการค้าภายใน ได้อนุญาตให้ บริษัท แองเจิ้ล เวิลด์ จำกัด เป็นผู้ประกอบการค้าข้าวประเภทส่งไปจำหน่ายต่างประเทศ (ผู้ส่งออกข้าวสารบรรจุกล่องหรือหีบห่อ) ตามหนังสืออนุญาตให้ประกออบการค้าข้าว เลขที่ ๑๔/๒๕๕๗ ลงวันที่ ๑๖ มิถุนายน ๒๕๕๗ นั้น
กองส่งเสริมการค้าสินค้าเกษตร ๒ ขอเรียนว่า เพื่อให้การกำกับดูแลการประกอบการค้าข้าวตาม พ.ร.บ. การค้าข้าว พ.ศ. ๒๔๘๙ เป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย ขอให้บริษัทฯปฏิบัติตามคณะกรรมการปฏิบัติการตาม พ.ร.บ. การค้าข้าว พ.ศ. ๒๔๘๙ ฉบับที่ ๑๔๓ พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๘ ข้อ ๒๔ กำหนดให้ “ผู้ได้รับหนังสืออนุญาตฯ ต้องยื่นรายงานการค้าข้าวประจำเดือนภายในวันที่ ๗ ของเดือนถัดไปต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่” รายละอียดดังสิ่งที่ส่งมาด้วย ๑ โดยบริษัทฯ สามารถยื่นรายงานดังกล่าวได้ ณ กองส่งเสริมการค้าสินค้าเกษตร ๒ ห้อง ๒๐๗๐๑ ชั้น ๗ กรมการค้าภายใน หรือส่งรายงานทางโทรสารหมายเลข ๐-๒๕๔๗-๕๕๐๒ หรือ ๐-๒๕๐๗-๖๑๘๑ และต้องส่งต้นฉบับให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ภายหลังต่อไปด้วย ตามแบบแจ้งรายงานการค้าข้าวที่ส่งมาด้วย ๒
จึงเรียนมาเพื่อโปรดถือปฏิบัติโดยเคร่งครัดต่อไปด้วย
