ภาษาที่คนทั้งโลกยอมรับให้เป็นภาษากลางเพื่อจะใช้ในการสื่อสารให้เข้าใจตรงกันคือ ภาษาอังกฤษ ซึ่งเป็นภาษาที่ 2 ที่คนไทยเรียนมาตั้งแต่ในระดับอนุบาลกันเลย แต่ก็ยังมีประเด็นที่ยังสงสัยกันอยู่ว่า เหตุใดคนไทยจึงพูดภาษาอังกฤษแทบจะไม่ได้
