เรื่อง ขอความอนุเคราะห์ในการประสานงานการจัดงานแสดงสินค้าที่จังหวัดพระสีหนุ ราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา

เรียน ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดพระสีหนุ

ตามที่หอการค้าจังหวัดตราด มีกําหนดจัดงานแสดงสินค้าที่จังหวัดพระสีหนุ

ราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชาในระหว่างวันที่ 5–9 มีนาคม 2558

โดยความร่วมมือระหว่างหอการค้าจังหวัดตราดและจังหวัดพระสีหนุ ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักดังนี้ คือ

1. เพื่อเชื่อมความสัมพันธไมตรีอันดีในระหว่างประเทศและจังหวัดให้แน่นแฟ้นยิ่งขึ้น

2. เพื่อเป็นการเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์สินค้าไทยให้กับประเทศเพื่อนบ้านได้รับทราบ

รวมทั้งส่งผลต่อเนื่องในด้านการท่องเที่ยวอีกแนวทางหนึ่งด้วย

3. เพื่อเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมด้านการค้าชายแดนระหว่างจังหวัดตราดกับจังหวัดพระสีหนุ

โดยการจัดงานครั้งนี้จะมีบูธแสดงสินค้าจากประเทศไทยทั้งสิ้น 150 บูธ

และเพื่อให้การดําเนินงานดังกล่าวสําเร็จลุล่วงตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้

หอการค้าจังหวัดตราดจึงขอความอนุเคราะห์มายังท่านในการช่วยกรุณาประสานงานไปยังจังหวัดพระสีหนุ

ราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

เพื่อให้เกิดความสะดวกให้รถยนต์บรรทุกสินค้าและสินค้าที่นําไปจําหน่ายภายในงานให้ได้รับการยกเว้นภาษีด้วย

จึงเรียนมาเพื่อโปรดทราบ หวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าคงได้รับความอนุเคราะห์ด้วยดีจากท่านเช่นเคย
