สมาชิกที่พ้นสมาชิกภาพด้วยเหตุถูกไล่ออก / เลิกจ้างเนื่องจากประพฤติผิดระเบียบข้อบังคับการทำงาน หรือลาออกจากงานโดยยื่นใบลาออกล่วงหน้าน้อยกว่า 30 วัน สมาชิกผู้นั้นจะไม่มีสิทธิรับเงินสมทบ และผลประโยชน์ของเงินสมทบ ทั้งนี้เงินสมทบและผลประโยชน์ของเงินสมทบที่ได้สมาชิกไม่มีสิทธิได้รับจะตกเป็นของกองทุน
