เมื่อผู้เข้าร่วมงานวิจัยตกลงใจเข้าร่วมงานวิจัย ให้ลงนามในเอกสารยินยอมเข้าร่วมวิจัย ไว้เป็นหลักฐาน พร้อมทั้งให้พยาน โดยจะแบ่งผู้เข้าร่วมงานวิจัยแบบสุ่ม ออกเป็น 3 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 28 คน ได้แก่ กลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มIFC และกลุ่มExercise
