อินทรีฟาร์ม
ในการวิเคราะห์ได้เก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์นายปรีชา ลินมา ผู้ประกอบการเพาะเชื้อเห็ดและดอกเห็ดฟาง ซึ่งผู้ประกอบการได้อธิบายถึงลักษณะการดำเนินงาน วิธีเพาะ การจัดจำหน่าย ปัญหาและการแก้ปัญหาในการเพาะเชื้อเห็ดและดอกเห็ดฟาง ซึ่งระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างวันที่ 3 พฤศจิกายน 2557 ถึง วันที่ 30 มกราคม 2558 การเพาะเชื้อ แบ่งออกเป็น 5 ชนิด คือ เชื้อเห็ดฟาง เชื้อเห็ดลม เชื้อเห็ดขอนขาว เชื้อเห็ดนางฟ้าภูฐาน เชื้อเห็ดนางฟ้า และการเพาะดอกเห็ดฟาง
จากการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนการผลิตต่อปีของเชื้อเห็ดทั้ง 5 ชนิด เท่ากับ 1,044,484.75 บาท ประกอบด้วยต้นทุนของเชื้อเห็ดฟาง เท่ากับ 464,184.97 บาท ต้นทุนของเชื้อเห็ดลม เท่ากับ 197,934.26 บาท ต้นทุนของเชื้อเห็ดขอนขาว เท่ากับ 191,713.37 บาท ต้นทุนของเชื้อเห็ดนางฟ้าภูฐาน เท่ากับ 95,433.44 บาท ต้นทุนของเชื้อเห็ดนางฟ้า เท่ากับ 95,218.71 บาท และต้นทุนการผลิตต่อปีของดอกเห็ดฟาง เท่ากับ 369,064.00 บาท
จำนวนผลผลิตทั้งปีของเชื้อเห็ดทั้ง 5 ชนิด เท่ากับ 135,000 ก้อน แบ่งเป็น เชื้อเห็ดฟางจำนวน 60,000 ก้อน เชื้อเห็ดลมจำนวน 25,020 ก้อน เชื้อเห็ดขอนขาวจำนวน 24,990 ก้อน เชื้อเห็ดนางฟ้าภูฐานจำนวน 12,510 ก้อน เชื้อเห็ดนางฟ้าจำนวน 12,480 ก้อน และจำนวนผลผลิตทั้งปีของดอกเห็ดฟาง เท่ากับ 22,000 กิโลกรัม
