วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ
1. เพื่อให้เป็นแหล่งรวบรวมพันธุ์พืชเศรษฐกิจ พืชพันธุ์ดีของอำเภอท่ายาง และของจังหวัดเพชรบุรี
2. เพื่อเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านการเกษตรแก่เกษตรกร
3. เพื่อให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำแปลงหรือมาช่วยงานพระองค์
