มาตรา ๒๐๖ ผู้ใด กระทำด้วยประการใดๆ แก่ วัตถุ หรือ สถาน อันเป็นที่เคารพ ในทางศาสนา ของหมู่ชนใด อันเป็นการเหยียดหยาม ศาสนานั้น ต้องระวางโทษ จำคุกตั้งแต่ หนึ่งปี ถึง เจ็ดปี หรือ ปรับตั้งแต่ สองพันบาท ถึง หนึ่งหมื่นสี่พันบาท หรือ ทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
