การเข้าทำรายการที่เกี่ยวโยงกันหรือรายการได้มาหรือจำหน่ายไปซึ่งสินทรัพย์ของบริษัท
ในกรณีที่บริษัทหรือบริษัทย่อยตกลงเข้าทำรายการเกี่ยวโยงกันหรือรายการเกี่ยวกับการได้มา หรือจำหน่ายไปซึ่งสินทรัพย์ของบริษัทหรือบริษัทย่อยตามความหมายที่กำหนดตามประกาศตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยที่ใช้บังคับกับการทำรายการที่เกี่ยวโยงกันของบริษัทจดทะเบียน หรือการได้มาหรือจำหน่ายไปซึ่งสินทรัพย์ของบริษัทจดทะเบียนแล้วแต่กรณี ให้บริษัทปฎิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการตามที่ประกาศดังกล่าวกำหนดไว้ในเรื่องนั้นๆด้วย
ข้อบังคับในข้อนี้ ให้ใช้บังคับตราบเท่าที่บริษัทมีหน้าที่ต้องปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์ของตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย
