มีหน้าที่บริหาร จัดการ และปฏิบัติงานด้านการพัฒนาที่ดินฯ ตามพันธกิจ / ภารกิจ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ในเขตพื้นที่ จ.สุพรรณบุรี ที่แบ่งการปกครองเป็น 10 อำเภอ 110 ตำบล 1009 หมู่บ้าน แบ่งหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ ออกเป็น 7 ส่วนงาน คือ

มีหน้าที่เกี่ยวกับงานธุรการ งานสารบรรณ การเงิน การบัญชี พัสดุ ฯลฯ ประสานงาน ช่วยอำนวยการ กับหน่วยพัฒนาที่ดิน และหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

งานวิชาการด้านการพัฒนาที่ดิน (งานปฏิบัติการสนาม)

มีหน้าที่ ด้านการวิจัย การสาธิต การออกหน่วยบริการเคลื่อนที่ การฝึกอบรมเกษตรกร หมอดินอาสา บริการและเผยแพร่กิจกรรม/งานพัฒนาที่ดินท้องที่ต่างๆ ใน จ.สุพรรณบุรี แบ่งออกเป็น 7 หน่วยฯ คือ
