เงื่อนไขการรับประกันและบริการของบริษัท ออล อาร์ม จำกัด
1. การรับประกันนี้มีกำหนดระยะเวลา 1 ปี นับแต่วันที่ซื้อสินค้าหรือติดตั้งเครื่องเสร็จสิ้น (นับจากวันหลังสุด)
*ยกเว้นลูกค้าซื้อการรับประกันแบบขยายระยะเวลา (extended warantee )
2. บริษัทฯ รับประกันความเสียหายซึ่งเกิดจากความบกพร่องของชิ้นส่วน ที่อยู่ในระยะประกันหรือการชำรุดเสียหาย

3. บริการตรวจซ่อมพร้อมเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ในระยะเวลารับประกันโดยไม่คิดค่าแรงและค่าอะไหล่ ส่วนค่าพาหนะคิดตามเงื่อนไขด้านล่าง
4. หากเครื่องเสียหรือใช้งานไม่ปกติ ให้หยุดใช้เครื่องแล้วโทรแจ้งบริษัทฯ ทันที หากไม่หยุดใช้เครื่อง จะถือว่าเป็นการผิดเงื่อนไข
การรับประกัน เพราะอาจจะทำให้เครื่องเสียมากขึ้น และ/หรือเกิดความบกพร่องกับระบบอื่นๆ
เงื่อนไขที่ไม่ได้รับประกัน
1. การเสื่อมสภาพตามปกติแห่งการใช้เช่น ใบเลื่อยสึก ใบมีดตัดทื่อ หรือเสียหายจากภัยธรรมชาติ ฟ้าผ่า ไฟไหม้ ฯลฯ

5. ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากความประมาทเลินเล่อของผู้ใช้ และหรือฝ่าฝืนคำแนะนำของบริษัท และ/หรือใช้เกินข้อจำกัดของเครื่อง
6. ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการที่ผู้ใช้ไม่ศึกษาคู่มือการใช้ หรือการบำรุงรักษาที่ไม่ถูกต้อง เช่น ไม่เปลี่ยนน้ำมันตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
7. ในกรณีที่เครื่องเสีย ผู้ซื้อได้ทำการถอด เปลี่ยน ซ่อมเอง และ/หรือไม่แจ้งซ่อม ถือเป็นการสิ้นสุดการรับประกัน
